I paid online for the training, but I haven't received the e-mail with my code? What should I do.

We no longer e-mail registration codes to users. Instead, you should have seen a "Take me to the course!" link on your payment confirmaiton page. If you left that page without clicking on the link, you will need to contact the Food Handlers Hotline at 928-523-3737. Your long payment confirmation number is NOT your registration code.

I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

Contact the NAU personnel listed below to give you your registered username and reset your password.

My Registration Code doesn’t work, what happened?

The County Health Department gave you a registration code that may only be used once. After you have registered for the Food Handlers’ Online Course you must use the Username and Password that you entered on the registration form.

The course won’t work for me at all. I can get to the login page, but that’s it. What should I do?

You might have cookies disabled on your web browser (some browsers are: Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape.) You must accept cookies for this online course to work properly. Use the help feature of your browser to learn how to activate cookies.

Can I get back in after I logout?

Yes. Simply type in your username and password on the login page. You will be taken to where you left off; just click "Restore last Session".

The computer I used to take the course did not have a printer. How can I get my certificate?

Go to a computer that has a printer. You may log in to the course and click on the "Your Certificate" link. Then, click on the "Print Certificate" button.
