My Registration Code doesn’t work, what happened?

Your registration code may only be used once. After you have registered for the course you must use the Username and Password that you entered on the registration form.


I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

Contact the NAU personnel listed below to give you your registered username and reset your password.


I paid online for the training, but I haven't received the e-mail with my code? What should I do.

The course won’t work for me at all. I can get to the login page, but that’s it. What should I do?

You might have cookies disabled on your web browser (some browsers are: Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape.) You must accept cookies for this online course to work properly. Use the help feature of your browser to learn how to activate cookies.


Can I get back in after I logout?

Yes. Simply type in your username and password on the login page. You will be taken to where you left off; just click "Restore last Session".


The computer I used to take the course did not have a printer. How can I get my certificate?

Go to a computer that has a printer. You may log in to the course and click on the "Your Certificate" link. Then, click on the "Print Certificate" button.
